Account deactivated for low VTR even though its above 95% which is their required rate
Hi,
My seller fulfilled offers have been deactivated for low Valid Tracking Rate (VTR). Amazon requires the VTR to be above 95%. And the time when it was deactivated, the Amazon health team told me that our VTR was 94.9% !!!
Can you imagine????
The day account was deactivated was a sunday and no work was done, and we didnt touch any shipment trackings , so how did VTR come to 95.58% on Monday morning?
They are still not activating my account?
I know Amazon has a history of seller abuse and deactivating accounts on flimsy grounds, but this is seriously harassment to another level,
Please help me recover my account.

may be your account was 94%, after 2 days It went above 95%....Amazon became very strict nowadays

sorry for the situation you are in. The deactivation is a auto generative action. The Amazon notification including the deactivation is a AI based system. It is fed with all the situation the seller is working thereby the AI has given the notification. Check all the metrics , read the notification carefully it is the same and the cause is also mentioned into it.
Talk to the account health support and submit the POA, they will help in getting your account activated . Dont panic . Moreover the POA submission should be 'made' by you as they(the Amazon account people) want you to understand the issue for which the account got suspended. When i say made by you it means that you prepare by yourself in simple english and write what you have understood regarding the deactivation. It is ONLY THAT THE AMAZON WANTS YOU TO UNDERSTAND THE POLICY AND ACT ACCORDINGLY . They hold no grudges against any account. They want everyone to work but within a framework.

now a days amazon is like olx platform.
sellers are harrassing and customers are enjoying our products at free of cost.
We will proud enough if amazon bans such customers and take action in favour of sellers. Amazon please stop seller account to deactivation mode as because of this seller got disturbed.
