Amazon has refunded a customer in FULL for an order they fulfil, why should I be responsible for amazons shipping if an item didn’t get delivered, out of pocket £20.99 and 1 item down in inventory. Would I Win an appeal?

You will be automatically reimbursed by Amazon in 45 days.
When Customer claims INR when the order is FBA is only on Amazon itself. The initial refund will be taken from your account and 45 days period for the item to go back in stock will start. If the item fails to come back in stock, Amazon will reimburse you.
