All FC’s will take shipments from the mainstream carriers. It’ll automatically assign your shipment to an FC based on the inventory that you’re sending, not the carrier that you choose.
Edit - Ensure that you’re using a carrier that provides full tracking if you’re not using amazon partnered services.

When you get to the shipping section it provides a drop-down of carriers that they accept deliveries from, we always send ours with DHL as we get much better rates than Amazon charge for their preffered carrier.
