You currently have limited access to amazon selling services

In the last week I started having problems with global accounts.

First I received letters from all European accounts that the bank account was not verified. I had to visit them all to set up. Then they asked for documents for verification. After that I received a letter that I cannot sell on these accounts as an individual, I need a business account and again they asked for documents. And they blocked my payments.

I have never sold on European accounts and I do not plan to do so. I am registered as an individual on the US site and this is what I need now. So I started looking for a way out of the problem. First I found the "vacation" function. It didn't work. Then I found a page where you can delete European accounts without affecting the US account and did it. The warning about account restrictions disappeared, but payments remained blocked. What should I do in this situation?

I contacted support via chat. I was told that there are currently no problems with my account. It has no restrictions. But my funds is still blocked and they don’t know when this problem will be solved.
