Lost FBA shipment
I sent in 15 units packed tightly in boxes of 5. They say they received 11 therefore - 4 units. Each unit cost £200 therefore a total loss of £800.
The 3 parcels were delivered to Amazon warehouse tracked by their courier UPS.
They keep saying they have checked and reviewed the case. I am demanding that they provide CCTV of the parcels been opened.
What can I do from here? I am very hesitant to continue selling FBA as I'd only been selling FBA for 6 weeks and this happened.
Any advise most appreciated
Martin

I assume that you have reconciled the shipment.
If you have hit a brick wall, do what I do every time, which is take Amazon to the Small Claims Court. It can be done online and is very simple. Just make sure you have all the evidence you need to support your case.
Their solicitors will wait until the very last day before the actual court case and then they will pay up.
Good luck.
