Virtual Identity Verification on a Video Call
Our account was deactivated because I am nervous when I have the interview with Amazon.
On account health page, it shows "In order to reactivate your account, you first need to complete a virtual identity verification on a video call." How can we reserve a time for the interview again? And we didn't receive any Performance Notifications about it.
Any seller know this issue? Thanks in advance.

There should be a link to schedule this type of interview which will be in the performance notification or e-mail sent to you.
If you have not yet received that performance notification with the link, have you submitted any information on the account health page yet? Often times I do see this being required before you are able to schedule the video verification interview.

I have reviewed the information provided and followed up with the appropriate teams, they have advised at this time that the account is no longer eligible for reactivation. They do no provide their reasons for this decision but that it is a final decision.
