Buyer filed a Consumer Court case againt Seller because of Delivey Guy's Fault.

For Context I only use Easyship.

So a customer from Chennai placed an order worth of ₹299, Somedays after shipping that order i get a replacement request with the buyer Comment "Product not received but shown delivered in the app". Then again after somedays i get another Standard refund request say "till now product is not received" and the time of refund product's return verification got failed so the refund didn't go through. Btw i also emailed the buyer that "Contact Customer support, this is beyond sellers control".

Couple of months later i get a legal notice from the same customer demanding ₹110000. In the legal notice it was Buyer v/s Seller and Amazon. So, I contacted seller support they told me that " You've to send a legal reply saying seller have nothing to do with this, Contact customer support and if anything legal happens amazon will take care of it". So my advocate sent a Legal reply to Amazon's Chennai and the buyer but both of them returned unclaimed.

After 2 months i get a another letter, which is Consumer court summon order because the Customer filed a Consumer Court case and with the demand of ₹120000 in damages. Talked to Seller support those guys are telling me that ask your advocate what to do. Can anybody help me in this matter?
