Please can someone help me!?

I've been trying for months to get my HACCP certificate approved by Amazon, but it keeps getting rejected with automated email looks like. Reason: Please be informed that we have noticed a discrepancy between the [scope]: from the [HACCP-Certificate 000000000000] and the product: [product name here] from the [product's images/Detail Page].

I have provided all of the certificates, including HACCP, GMP, GFSI, and many others. and even tried to edit the listing to make update as per the correct details, and not able to change the product title only.

Not sure what Amazon team is actually looking at? IF they can tell what is exact isssue it will be helpful, or if any one know what to check and fix that will be great.
