Ineligible for seller fulfilment

Hi

All my listings are showing as inactive ineligible for seller fulfillment. We have been on Amazon for 5 years now but over the past few months all my listings are now showing ineligible for seller fulfillment. It only gives me the option to sell as FBA. I have been trying to reach out to seller support but feel as if they keep fobbing me off by telling me that i need approval to list these items. All my items are generic products and we manufacture these products ourselves.

Any new listings i try and create are also showing as ineligible for seller fulfillment. My account is in good health, i do have some policy violations but these are showing as not affecting my account.

Has this happened to anyone else? Any advice would be appreciated as i am not sure what to do next.

Hi f_furnishings,

How have you been depatching your items?

How have you been marking the orders as despatched?

Have you had queries from Amazon about these despatches?

Best

Is this one of your listings?

It appears to still be available for delivery.

However, there is SO MUCH in these listings against Amazon policy...

  • Bespoke return policy that is less than amazons own
  • Notifications of surcharges for select postcodes
  • Advise to message for addons that will then incur a separate charge

That last one could possible be why you can only offer FBA for a start - if they've caught the fact you are taking the purchasing experience outside of Amazon.

Also i changed the company details months ago will i need to apply for brand exemption again? Could it be that the new company does not have exemption to list any of these products?

dispatching as self delivery on time

What exactly do you mean by this? Are you delivering yourself or are you using a courier to deliver?

If self-delivery you should be marking the order as 'self-delivery' or if using a courier not listed marking the order as 'Other' when you send the item out.

Confirming shipment like this will mean the order is not considered for VTR calculation - but it still needs to be done on time (within your dispatch window) as otherwise it will give a bad Late Dispatch Rate (LDR) metric.

You say your VTR is OK - so have you checked your LDR metric? If LDR is not ok this can lead to Amazon stopping you from selling items via self-fulfilled.

And as others have said - you need to change the listings and remove the part about contacting you to add extra options/services. This is against Amazon Policy. For beds which have the gas lift option you should have a separate listing altogether. This may be the cause of the problem but usually Amazon would pull the listing altogether until you have made the changes.

It could be a branding issue - if you have changed name Amazon may want you to send them a letter from 'Beds & Co' to 'F Furnishings' authorising them to sell their items (silly I know) but Im thinking it far more likely to be a LDR issue.

Hello @Seller_OR0D931BBPEFG,

I appreciate the assistance provided by all the sellers.

Although your account performance seems satisfactory, the "Inactive (Ineligible for seller-fulfillment)" status of your listings is related to performance issues.

Have you received any Performance notifications indicating that your account is under temporary review?

Regards, Ezra
