HELP! Seller support does not understand removal order vs. shipping id. HELP!
I'm trying to be reimbursed for FBA removal order that was switcheroo.
Seller support looks at the removal id and says it is more than 60 days old. No kidding, because it took Amazon 6 months to ship the removal to me. The shipping id is Sep 18, way less than 60 days. Seller support simply refuses to acknowledge this.
