Why Don't I Own the Rights To My Branded Products???
Hi,
I'm trying to update the product name and bullet points on my branded products but Amazon won't give me control on it. They say I must delete my listing and relist it. Is that insane or what? I need to go and relist every single one of my products????
Any idea on how I can work around this without having to delete everything, wait 24 hours (which means no sales) and then relist it? Additionally I see the info saved in my back end but it's not showing on Amazon.com

I am sorry to hear that you are not able to update your products. I would recommend that you use a category specific feed to update your items and provide Seller Support with your batch ID if you have issues updating your information. I see that they are asking you for information in Case: 15703404131 in order for them to assist you.
Please provide me with any other case ID that you have if you need further assistance.
