Error Code 8572 Please Assist

Can some one here please assist.
We have been selling on UK Amazon for more than 10 years, We are manufacturers of majority of products we sell here on Amazon with EAN number created from our account at GS1 and we have our brand registered on Amazon and with UK trade mark.
Recently we are encountering problem listing new products under our brand name, Getting error code 8572.
I have already open request with seller support but would like accelerate the issue if some one here has encountered similar issue and how to solve.
When i create new EAN number for new products the information entered on GS1 are copied exactly onto new listing but still it brings up erro code.
Would appreciate your assistance in this matter

How to Solve Amazon Error Code 8572
Error Code 8572
This error is caused when you try to create products that are already listed on Amazon with specific Product IDs. For example, you cannot create an item with a different UPC code than Amazon’s UPC code because this would mean that they do not match. This error is about UPC. EAN codes or product ID can be different UPC and PRODUCT ID have to match.
Solution:
Match your Product ID Type with Amazon’s. As your products are already used for specific codes on Amazon. You can override product id and type by clicking “Edit” product. (UPC has 12 digits, EAN has 13 digits, GTIN has 14 digits)
