Account Deactivated without warning or reason!
Today I got an email saying my account was deactivated. No reason was provided in the email, no reason was provided in the health account page. My account is 200% health rating with no violations. I have several sales since I signed up last month with 100% delivery on time and 0% negative feedback. I called and asked what happened to my account and they couldn't really provide an answer to why it happened. I believe it was something about fraud or security. And that is fair right.. but you DO NOT shut down someone's account first thing, without even giving the seller a day, two days, or even 5 minutes to provide the information amazon are asking for. You are cutting into sales, into creditability. What if my customers ask why did my products all of a sudden disappeared? What if I just missed a customer that was gonna buy my product today? It's outrageous if you ask me and bad business, this is not how you treat a new business partner at all, you make me money but I also make you money right or do you fail to understand that. Start treating your partners with more respect please. Thank you

In the email, it would tell you why. How would you know it was fraud if you didn't get an explanation?
Amazon will shut down an account to prevent any fraudulent sales to protect other sellers and buyers.
Sounds like you need to supply valid documentation to reactivate your account.

Amazon NEVER deveals exactly, why they suspend an account.
If on the end of their message you see "We may not respond to further messages": Game over.
If on the end of their message they gave you a possibility to appeal: do that by reading first in this forum how a correct appeal has to look like. Hopefully this is the case and you have a second chance.

You do not want to be a doormat for Amazon? Fine. Don't be. Sell somewhere else.
For Amazon you (and me, and all the others that replied) are not even a doormat. Not even a cockroach. Even if you are a very high volume seller. Even if you had been here for 20 years.
For Amazon to care, you have to be a recognized brand that would be missed by buyers if you leave Amazon.
I am not defending the way Amazon treats its sellers. But if you want help from a moderator or anyone, cut the auguring attitude.
