FBA UK Help

Is there a UK number or team I can call to help get me setup with FBA?

I have questions about FBA unique to my store but any helpline takes me outside the UK where the language barrier seems to be an issue and I'm getting nowhere?

Thanks in advance

Not really no - Seller Support are not UK based, and there isn't really that service you are looking for. Amazon expect you to read and learn from Seller University.

Its always worth putting your question here to see if anyone has a similar experience.

Amazon's Seller University should tell you all you need to know about setting up FBA.

You only get a call centre that could be picked up from anywhere. Seller support is not Country specific so expect the answers to be Worldwide generic.

To be fair I don't really find much of a language barrier and many are multi lingual. I spoke to someone who had perfect English and he told me he was Italian. Another occasion I spoke to someone and although the handler was very nice, I couldn't cope with constant beeping and dogs barking etc.

The issue you will find is that you are only dealing with call handlers who have access to the same resources that are available on seller university.

If you find dialects difficult then use the online chat.

The only thing I will say is that the quality of support from the chat moderators will vary widely.
