VTR rate is 99.19% but still received email from Amazon stating its below 95% and listings are at risk
HI. I am really surprised to see email from amazon stating my accounts VTR rate is below 95% whereas my account VTR is 99.19% at the moment and mostly it is 100%. it never came down below 98% at anytime. any insight on this please. Anybody else received similar email? Team Amazon please help in understanding this issue. even for couple of invalid tracking its an Amazon issue. We use Canada post for shipping. rest all tracking IDs are valid except 2. Why only 2 tracking numbers are invalid and rest all are Valid?
