Proof of affiliation linking Brand to GS1 barcodes...
For the 5th time this year I am having to argue back and forth with seller support to make the connection between our Brand and our GS1 barcodes. We will get it sorted out and provide all appropriate documents - and it's solved - then a few weeks or a couple months go by and we have to do it all over again. It is actually making me feel insane. Has anyone experienced this issue? Does anyone know who to contact beyond the general seller support who continue with their copy + paste responses?! It is so time consuming... should there not be something in the back end that is able to be finalized and confirm the affiliation?!

It's because seller support eventually places in an override, instead of actually fixing the catalog issue. Then when the AI robots do their sweep, since the catalog issue hasn't been fixed, it gets flagged again.

In our case, we had one SKU that kept on doing that and we eventually gave up listing that SKU on amazon after fighting for it for nearly 1 and half years. It was just not worth our time constantly fighting for that barcode. Also having it constantly get issues in a state of unsellable means you can never climb the sales rank required to profit.
You can also opt to not sell that SKU on amazon. Or make a different barcode for that SKU specifically for Amazon. Amazon doesn't actually require GS1, so you can use a cheap barcode from before the modern gs1 standard that you can buy on the internet. You only need to be unique.

How is it possible that Seller Support is so incompetently bad ? Making sellers go in circles has been one of the most frustrating experiences
