Compliance with Eurofins and listings
My company and I paid the expensive testing it cost to send product into Eurofins testing. Despite passing all of the requirements for ingredients etc/ our manufacturer was late (not in our control) sending Eurofins the GMP. Due to EUORFINS not receiving the GMP we initially got a FAIL on our test but Eurofins kept our testing que open for our manufacturer to send in the GMP. Once our manufacturer sent in the GMP, we had to complete a CAPA form which we then received a PASS from EUROFINS. Both lab testing and gmp testing BOTH passed.
Upon passing, eurofins took forever uploading the CAPA results etc to Amazon and only our old fail results prior to the GMP being recieved to our compliance tab. This has resulted in our tested ASIN deacivating and reactivating many times.
Despite recieving a pass, why is this so difficult for amazon to catch up with eurofins? We need our passed asin searchable and selling again and its frustrating because we have a pass??! Noone can give us a straight answer!

@Manny_Amazon How is it as well that other sellers can sell this product (OUR PRODUCT) generically without having to PAY or go through the SAME testing that we had to, that Amazon knocked out listings down for compliance? We have done everything correctly and have paid for Eurofins, provided invoices of our manufacturer, the GMP, have submitted letters from the owner giving us the brand approval to sell and we are the ones who have no visbibility on the ASIN that was tested. Amazon has to do better. This makes no sense.
