I'm facing an issue with an AWD LTL shipment that was delivered to Redlands, CA, last month. The shipment was sent using Amazon's Partner Carrier Program, but since the delivery, I haven't received any updates. The platform still shows 0 units available in AWD.
Has anyone else experienced this? What steps should I take to resolve this issue? Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated!
