Not Eligible for feature offers
Please I'm searching for answers as all attempts to get any from Amazon account health and specialist staff have all failed repeatedly.
This has been happening for the past 6 weeks. it comes and goes. I have over 100 different items listed on Amazon, for some some days I will be eligible for feature offers then just like the wind every single item in my store will no longer be eligible for feature offers. Most of the items I'm the only seller. I do not understand, the products are active but no "add to basket" instead you will see buying options. This have driven down sales to zero. I need suggestions on what to do.
Has anyone experience this before ? Howe long did it last ? what can I do to correct this situation. I'm 100% complaint with all the Amazon policy on how to win feature offer box. The one that get me really worried and confused are those that which I'm the only seller.
How can the entire store of over 100 items all of a sudden none is eligible for any feature offer. I strongly believe something is fundamentally wrong I just I have not figured it out yet

We have a thread specifically for Buy Box issues.
Lost Buy Box (Featured Offer) MEGATHREAD
In this thread I ask our sellers to share the ASINs where they lost the Buy Box. I then share these ASINs with the Buy Box team who check for eligibility.
Please be aware, this team does not share the outcome with me. If you want to know if you are eligible or not, you have to open a case with Seller Support.
