Upload installation manual issue
I can't push our installation manuals live on our listing pages. I followed the instructions and uploaded the URL manually and via flatfile in the compliance media section but haven't had any luck in getting the documents added to our catalog. Can someone help me please? @Michelle_Amazon
Support just keeps saying that the product documents display will be case to case depending on the eligibility for publication and our installation manual links are kept offline for now and will go live when necessary.
I’ve seen in the other discussions that there should be a way to fix this.
