Brand registry is terrible

I have sold on Amazon for 8 years. I have two registered Brands. I follow all Amazon guidance on everything. All this to say I'm a darn good partner to Amazon.

Now, lately CN and KZ counterfeiters are selling on my listings. Luckily only in Canada. But can I stop them? No. Can I actually talk to a human at Brand Registry to have someone tell me how I can stop them. No.

All I get from Brand Registry support is to read the FAQ. I've tried using the useless infringement tool. The only way I can apparently show that my listing is being preyed on by counterfeiters is to buy all of the counterfeit products and then send pictures of them to Amazon. Seriously. What is the point of Brand Registry? I don't get it. I've got better things to do.

And how about have a call back option so you can talk to a human. Talk about hiding from your customers. It is a joke that there is no way to talk to a human at Brand Registry.

just bad service.

Now that I'm done venting. Is there anyway to have Brand Registry actually look at counterfeit products? The only way I've found is buying all the counterfeit products and taking pictures and sending them back but this could be full time work with the listings popping up.

One time I requested a title change through brand registry.

Brand registry responded by sending me one of their templates which states my account is being shut down based on my request. (They don't have the power to do that).

Brand registry is, by far, the most malicious department for Amazon sellers.

That being said, removing counterfeit/grey market sellers is a full time job. Amazon wont make it easy.

Thank you for reaching out. While I'm not on the Brand Registry team, I would be happy to assist in any way I can with this!

To clarify, these other sellers are showing up on your listings? If that's the case, then a test buy is your best option but there isn't a need to buy every piece of inventory. Only one order will be needed. If you receive that product and it turns out that the product does not align with the listing, then you can take pictures and go through Brand Registry Report a Violation!

Please let me know if you have any further questions.
