I am attempting to get approval for Lego. Being new to this I initially provieded the wrong documentation. I believe I now have the correct documents however i am stuggling to get past this stage

Getting thing right first time on Amazon is critical. You don't get many chances, if any, to put things right.
What was your documentation? If it was a receipt from a retail shop or website, this will not work, particularly for big brands.
You may have exhausted your opportunities.
