Hi everyone,
I’m hoping someone here — maybe an Amazon moderator — can help escalate a frustrating issue I’ve been experiencing.
My account has been stuck in a charge method verification loop for 1 week now, preventing disbursements and normal account functionality. I’ve already contacted Seller Central support multiple times, provided accurate credit card details, and was told the issue is resolved… but the banner remains and funds are still not available to me.
Is anyone else facing this? I’ve read about backend glitches that cause these loops — if a moderator can assist with escalating this internally, I’d be extremely grateful.The account is in good health with no other issues.
