Fraud buyer was granted refund and did not returned the product
AMAZON IS DOING FRAUD WITH THE SELLERS. RECENTLY WE GOT AN ORDER OF SPLIT AC, AFTER FEW DAYS OF DELIVERY CUSTOMER REQUESTED FOR RETURN OF PRODUCT STATING IT IS DEFECTIVE, IT WAS NOT INSTALLED BY US, IT WAS SELF SHIPPED SO WE TRIED CALLING THE CUSTOMER FOR CHECKING IT BUT THE CUSTOMER DID NOT RECEIVED OUR SEVERAL CALLS, IN SHORT IT WAS A FAKE CUSTOMERN AND INSTED OF HELPING US THE AMAZON GAVE REFUND TO THE CUSTOMER WITHOUT OUR NOTICE. NOW THE CUSTOMER HAS PRODUCT AND MONEY. NOW AMAZON IS ADVISING US TO TAKE THAT USED PRODUCT RETURN AND WE ARE UNABLE TO CONTACT THE CUSTOMER. AMAZON JUST REPLIED THAT THEY CAN NOT CONTACT THE BUYER AND WE HAVE TO CONTACT THE BUYER OURSELVES. THE BUYER HAS BLOCKED OUR NUMBERS. WE HAVE LOST MORE THAN 1LAKH INCLUDING SHIPPING CHARGES

Same case happened to us as well Amazon has refunded the Amount to Fake Customer..And After highlighting the case Customer Support said raise safety claim if you don't received product in next 50 days..Now our Money is stuck for next 50 days without our fault and Amazon never give 100 % of Product value as safety Claim .. we are at loss every time..

this type of incident happen with me too, and many times i dont get real or complete order back. these type of actions by buyers are similar to a crime and amazon is supporting this unacceptable practices of customers. Amazon thinks they are satisfying customers , but in real they are cultivating thief's who will make this business environment like hell , and anyway these buyers not going to give profits but only losses to all . Amazon Policies are may be good for USA but in India its not working , as there are enormous thief buyers. Other side can be that amazon don't care what going on with sellers and loss is beard by seller, amazon thinks we have many why should we get our heads in complications.

Same things happen to me recently amazon refund payment to customer I still do not have get my product back.

This Problem Will Happens on Selfship Deliveries. Try Easy Ship or FBA to Reduce these types of Faults.
And When You Receive Selfship Orders, First Contact the Buyer and Verify if they are Genuine or not. And On your Case its a Very Big Product, Some one from your side need to be on the spot while installation and get a Proof of Delivery as a Image,Then Mark it as Deliverd from your end. So if any problem happens in future, you can Go near and Ask them Directly
First Collect the Information of the Buyer and Make a Compliant to Police and Cyber Crime first. and Send a Physical Notice to his Address. so He will Never try to do it Again.
