Brand Registry Rejection - 3 Different IPO all rejected
Hi, can anyone offer some help, I own 3 IPO on my products and have applied for all 3 of them to be added to the brand registry, but they have all been automatically rejected, I can not add any new items under my own brands. I have appealed and followed the guide given as to what I had done wrong on the application but now the replies I have received are saying this:
We’ve reviewed and found that applications can be declined under certain circumstances. This includes cases where we have reasons to believe that the to-be-added account has been involved in abusive conduct on our websites, or is related to an account that was used for such abusive conduct.
I've been selling on Amazon for several years and have never been abusive so I am really confused by how I can sort this issue out, it's so hard chatting to someone different through support tickets each time and not getting anywhere with any of them, I seem to just get stock random answers
Does anyone have any advice please
