8040 error-Seller Support cannot resolve this issue.

I can't merge variations of my products, they are obviously the same type of products, I was advised by Amazon to delete the product information for 24 hours and then upload this SKU again, after success, I was unable to merge the variations and got an 8040 error.

I have contacted Amazon, but they have not provided any help at all, they said "Thank you for submitting the requested information, we have contacted the expert department to investigate the case." Every time I ask them why it took so long, they always say the same thing and express how urgent this issue is...

If any seller knows how to solve this problem, please share. Otherwise, I hope to hear from the forums Amazon's opinion on this matter. I am very confused about how long this took to upload the form ID: 50225019985!
