Inventory Lost the tracking says that it was delivered to MARKHAM Canada
We have sent FBA BOX to Canada 4189 Salish Sea Way Tsawwassen BC V4M0B9 Canada.
The FBA ID is FBA17VG89TX3, 44WHMYVM.
The tracking id is 1ZW074F30406305411 it says it is delivered on 15th May. Markham Canada.
But I don't see any movement in the shipment plan except saying delivered.
Where is my inventory and why is it not showing to available units?

Tracking info says UPS is returning it to sender. Mention of missing invoice details. Talk to UPS and however was supposed to do customs clearance about this package.

I was checking your information, and well in this case Reconciliation of shipped inventory usually takes 2 to 30 days. In some cases, it will take up to 60 days.
We do recommend you to allow sometime in order for the fulfillment center to finish receiving the information and for this to be update in Seller Central.
If after this time frame, you still have issues with your shipment, you can opt to Reconcile your shipment.
