GPSR I'm so Confused

We're only distributors to the UK, not manufacturers and we don't post to the EU, so do we need to add anything to our listings?

I've read on Amazon the listings/sellers that only sell to the UK aren't affected...is this right?

Really getting a bit panicked over this.

You're ok if you just sell to the UK (GB & NI*) from the UK. *If also to NI, then you have to be reasonably sure your goods are then not going on to the EU market.

But yes, you shouldn't need to do anything and you can continue to post as you do now.

If you're selling toys, then I would assume you still have the same safety requirements as you have now.

Amazon have stated that for UK listings then you don’t need to do anything.

That being said the law itself actually includes items being listed for sale in NI. So eBay for example are requesting the information needed such as responsible person etc.
