Amazon BuyShipping Service has a flaw in the connection with UPS DAP (digital Access program)
Amazon BuyShipping services has a flaw in the system it does not recognize when UPS holds an account for investigation. It gives the seller another account number to continue shipping through UPS bypassing the UPS hold.
Now we are suffering from this issue as UPS has permanently suspended our companies privileges to ship through UPS.
All the UPS accounts provided by amazon to sellers are owned by amazon and we cannot do anything about it nor we can request for another account it is all automated.
But unfortunately seller support are not educated enough to know who is going to handle the issue. this has been going on for last six months.

All these accounts are owned and given by Amazon to us, we cannot do anything related to these accounts.
i would request to give us contact information for the related department who connects with UPS DAP (Digital Access Program) so we can discuss and resolve the issue.
