Amazon listing issues
Please can you help .
I have 2 listing issues that I can not get resolved .
1: I am having issues with adding a product tool. , i add a product to an existing listing , go all through the process and click save , there are no error messages do not use inventory feeds or 3rd part software just through Seller central . Yet the listing never appears in my inventory .
2: the other issue i have is i am getting with existing listings is that ,i am getting merchant fulfilled orders come through when the SKU id an FBA SKU with no inventory . Seller support keep telling me that that i must have had active merchant fulfilled stock available at the time of order . yet ii did not , it is an FBA sku.
However on the product detail page it still states i have units available to purchase

Hello @Seller_J2H5GprhaORbt,
I'm Sarah with Amazon.
Are you still facing the same issue or did you manage to solve it with Seller Support?
If not, can you please share the case ID so I can check how I can help?
Regards,
Sarah.

Can't help with the first, but with this one what normally causes it is a third party software pushing a stock number to an FBA SKU. Doesn't show on Amazon from your side as being in stock, but will continue selling as though you do once the FBA inventory runs out.
If that's the issue, you need to find the inventory figure in your third party software and change the number to 0.
If it's not that, then the other thing I've been told it can be is that the offer was originally Merchant Fulfilled and then changed to FBA, and when it was changed over it still had Merchant Fulfilled stock which is causing the sales to come through to you still.
