Hello,
I’m reaching out to seek advice or insights regarding an issue we’re facing with two of our ASINs. Here’s what happened:
Two of our ASINs (B0DM92S27K and B0DM8XFNTV) were suppressed due to alleged policy violations.
For ASIN B0DM92S27K, the claim was that the product was marketed as a treatment for influenza. However, after thoroughly reviewing our listing details, product label, and images, we found no such claim anywhere.
For ASIN B0DM8XFNTV, the claim was related to sleep disorder treatment, which was also not present in our listing.
Reinstatement but Stranded Inventory:
After submitting appeals and providing evidence (including product labels and certificates of analysis), both ASINs were reinstated.
However, all our inventory for these ASINs is now showing as "unfulfillable." This has stranded our stock, and the products are not available for purchase, even though they are in stock and ready to be fulfilled.
Our Concerns:
If the policy violations were found to be untrue (as evidenced by the reinstatement), why is our inventory still not available for purchase?
We’ve reached out to Seller Support, but the issue remains unresolved. They ask to address complaince issues in the Compliance Dashboard but when we follow the steps we have got no compliance issues in Compliace Dashboard.
Questions for the Community:
Has anyone experienced a similar situation where ASINs were suppressed for unjustified claims, reinstated, but inventory remained unfulfillable?
Are there specific steps we can take to make our inventory buyable again?
Is there a way to escalate this issue to ensure our inventory is restored to a sellable status?
We’re at a loss as to why our inventory is still stranded after the reinstatement, and any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for your help!
Best regards,
