Help, my new store needs to be reactivated, but I don’t know how to activate it.
The performance notification emails or links provided by customer service always redirect me to the Account Info page. It displays "You currently have limited access to Amazon selling services," with a "Reactivate Account" button below. After clicking it and proceeding to the next page, I click "Edit Information," but it prompts me with "You are currently undergoing another verification. Please retry once the verification is completed." I’ve contacted multiple customer service reps, and they’ve confirmed there’s no ongoing verification. So, I still don’t know what to do—it feels like I’m trapped in a dead loop. Now, email cases are mostly handled by bots, and human customer service just says it’s being processed. It’s been over ten days already.
What should I do now? Customer service doesn’t seem able to resolve my issue, and I have no idea what’s supposedly being verified.

I also encountered the same problem, and was stuck in an error loop.
It has been almost 10 days since 2/14.
This error must be a system bug. After reading several forum articles, it was almost caused by using FBA for the first time!

samething happened to me , once verification is over , open primary contact information extension on your second screenshot and uptade your informations there
