Lost Featured Offer Amazon Seller App - How Do I Turn It Off?

Hi all, I recently changed my Amazon Seller App settings to also show "Lost Featured Offer." Now I cannot turn it off and cannot find where in the Amazon Seller iPhone app to do that? Does anyone know? For Seller Central on the web I can change my settings easily, but for the iPhone App it is proving difficult - I no longer want to see the Lost Featured Offer displayed as text messages. Any help greatly appreciated - thank you to all and Happy New Year!!

Hi @Seller_ZIHrR8srg8Tai,

Daryl here following up on your concern here, in the great majority of cases a simple uninstallation from the device's store can resolve general issues with the application, but I am sure your pop-up is related to a "UI" error from the seller app itself.

I would recommend creating a case with our support team, and asking help from our Amazon Seller App specialists.

Do let me know if further escalation assistance is needed from my end.
