I did't get New Sellers Incentive Program Vine $200 Credit
Hello! I am a new seller with a new brand registered. I have enrolled one product with 30 unitsand I know it will charge by the $200 VINE Credit. However, So far, I have not seen the $200 VINE Credit. Just the enrollment fees are charged for $200. Where is my $200 Vine credit? That would help me significantly as I am having heavy losses as a new seller. Please read and help us out. @Tatiana_Amazon

We do recommend that you reach to our Seller Support by creating a support case in Seller Central.
If you have already reached out to them, can you share the case ID here so that we can take a closer look?

Just a warning, VINE is a dangerous program or at least it has been for us. VINE members are ruthless with reviews. One bad review and you gave a ton of product away for free, paid 100% of the Amazon fees and paid for VINE. Just be careful. We sell joke golf gloves and we had a priest and another person get one of our joke golf gloves for free, they said the glove were great quality but hated the joke! Amazon refused to remove the reviews even though they were revenge reviews from VINE members who never should have asked for the FREE product. I personally HATE the Vine program now and refuse to use it anymore.
