A-Z INR Claim granted despite full tracking and signature received

Just had an expensive claim A-Z claim awarded against me despite full Royal Mail tracking with the customer having signed for the order. The claim is clearly fraudulent. Is it Amazon policy to award all customer claims now regardless of proof of delivery including with customer signatures?

Hello @Seller_CB62FcG0r4ROt,

I am Spencer with Amazon.

I will gladly look into it, but first there are a few things you need to do.

  • Appeal the claim
  • If the appeal is denied, raise a case with Seller Support appealing the denial.
  • Share order ID and case ID with me.

Regards, Spencer
