1/2 Pallets Sent to Amazon Without Labels – Units Being Received in Unrelated Shipments

Hi everyone,

We sent a pallet to Amazon’s fulfillment center without pallet labels. Since then, some units have been received, but they’re showing up in unrelated shipments. This suggests the pallet was split and processed incorrectly.

Here’s what we’ve done so far:

•Checked Shipment Status: No flagged issues in Seller Central.

•Opened a Case with Amazon: Provided the Bill of Lading (BOL) and Proof of Delivery (POD).

•Escalated Through Support: Used the “Call Me” feature and requested further investigation.

•Confirmed with Carrier: Delivery was completed, but we’re checking if they recall Amazon’s handling of the pallet.

•Reconciling Inventory: Looking for units under a different FBA shipment ID or misclassified inventory.

Despite these efforts, we haven’t been able to locate the missing units or confirm how Amazon processed them. Has anyone faced a similar issue? Any advice on how to track down misplaced inventory or escalate this further with Amazon?
