Amazon lost my units, ans won't investigate
Hi,
The products in my shipment are at 0, even though the packages are marked as delivered on the seller's interface.
Amazon is asking for the invoice and proof of delivery, which I sent. But amazon just answers with a standard message saying the documents are not conform, without saying what is the problem and closed the case.
The only indication for the invoice I have is that it must contain the information below, which it does:
- Date of purchase, Product names of missing items, Quantity purchased, Invoice issuer's full name and address, Buyer's full name and address
I tried calling, chat, email, but amazon keeps closing the case with this same message.
It's really frustrating, I lost money on this, and it's affecting my business.
I have 2 shipments in the same case, it's the first time it happened to me in 4 years of amazon business.
I don't know what to do.
