I sold an item from uk to Sweden the buyer said didn't fit and am told I have to return it at my cost, amazon refunded them I have been trying to message the buyer and also sent a returns label, the courier turned up twice to collect it but with no luck, I have complained to Amazon but as usual ignored it and said they are doing nothing, what can I do, I wouldn't mind but it is 200 pounds.
