Brand Registry Glitch

Hello Amazon,

I submitted a brand registry application on 16th June 2024 . As of today, the status changed to "Answered" in my case log, but still shows as "Pending" in my list of "Applications". I cannot request support from brand registry because I have no registered brands. It appears to be stuck in a glitch. Can I receive support on what the next steps are? Thank you in advance
