Trying to list an item

Hi wondering if anyone could help. I'm trying to list washing products on amazon that are branded. I have got the brand approval to list the item but when i try to enter the ASIN of a similar product it will not let me list it? How do I get around this? the error code I'm receiving is 5586.

are you listing using the barcode on the actual product?

You should never add products to listings that are similar. Search for the product you have using the EAN/barcode number on the product.

We was approved for a brand 4 weeks ago and still cant list. The seller support is a joke. They have you going round in circles... so frustrating.
