After selling here for 15+ years I don't find it worth spending 5 days a week anymore.

May I please hear from those of you who only ship 1 or 2 days a week? My aim is to go to 3, and then 2.

For example, what days do you ship, and what would you recommend for "shipping time" settings.

Also, for those of you who do this and also do FBA, how do you feel about offering the same item as both FBA and FBM. For example, would you only use FBM while FBA is out of stock? Do you charge more on FBA items to offset the greater cost?
