5-Star Reviews removed almost daily

We have been noticing 5-star reviews being removed from our products daily - every day there are one or two 5-star reviews being removed. There is no change in the listings. We are the brand owner and predominantly FBA, and do not in any way solicit or request reviews.Every-so-often a negative review is removed, but mostly only 5-star reviews and again, we see this happening daily (we have an app that advises us of any change to our listings, so that is how we are being notified.) In the month of July, we lost about 31 - 5-star reviews.
We have not opened any cases with Seller Support and are attempting to go back and develop a comprehensive history.
Any idea why is this happening? Anyone else experiencing this?

We've lost nearly 20,000 reviews on one of our top selling listings that would be in the number 1-2 spots in it's category and Amazon seller support is not helping in anyway. We've had three cases so far for this and each time they just give us a copy and paste response and proceeds to ignore our pleas for an investigation.

It is possible that Amazon removes review they determined to be inappropriate. Our seller support team can take a deeper look into this on that side when you submit a case. If you have already done so, please shoot that information over to me. I can have out escalation team also try to take a look further.
