GST/HST paid to Amazon

Hi

We make excel sheet for each of our products showing taxes collected and paid to Amazon. Lately, we have noticed that our excel sheet data is not matching with the tax invoices provided by Amazon. We through each invoice carefully and add it to our excel sheet.

Can someone please explain why our data is not matching with the tax reports provided by Amazon?

Thanks

I did a similar task several weeks ago and finally matched the data in CSV files and the Amazon invoices (after spending a long time and figuring out many confusing details).

Save the csv files as excel files, sort the data accordingly such as sort it based on the customers' provinces, compare the data in Excel files and in Amazon invoices.

Are you accounting for different tax rates for different provinces?
