How can I change the visible name? For example, initially we opened the account under ELLENESSE SPORTS, but we had to open up a different company and we now need to display our name as GMA Global LLC.

Connor from Amazon here, thanks for your question.
You should be able to click on your profile Icon and then select "Edit my profile", which will allow you to change your forums name. Let me know if that works.
