The A-to-Z complaint was successful, but the money was not returned.

My appeals for these two orders were successful on June 10 and June 7, respectively. At that time Amazon responded with an email saying the refund would be in within 48 hours.
But when I checked the payment history I didn't find the money.
The other orders were successfully appealed and the money was returned to my account and I could see it but only these 2 were not refunded.
Can anyone tell me what is the reason for this.

- 701-1673496-5222612 a total of $291.92 on 06/08/24
How can you check your refund?
- Go to the Payments page: https://sellercentral.amazon.ca/payments/
- Click on the “Transaction View” tab.
- From the “Transaction Type” drop-down menu, select “Other”.
- Select a date range as mentioned above, and you will find both deposits in your account for those amounts.
It is important to highlight that in these cases, the refunds were done for the full amount because the buyers agreed on keeping the item and get charge for the full amount.
