GPSR Declaration of confirmity for non-CE products
Just working through this GSPR stuff.
I have some products that don't need CE markings, but it still seems as though I need a declaration of conformity.
For our products with CE markings, the declaration of conformity lays out the regulations that they must conform to and declares that they do so.
Does anyone know what to do with non-CE products? What are we declaring that it conforms to? Just GPSR?Hoping to do these ones myself, especially if it's essentially just to say "this doesn't need to conform to any specific regulations"

I don't have an answer. Just posting so I can follow this thread (unless I'm missing the button that lets me bookmark a post?).
The whole GPSR things is so unclear, especially for small sellers, that many - including myself - have posted before asking what it's actually going to mean and not got very far.
This, isn't very helpful - https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/help/hub/reference/GQAYBJPNAZ2LMDDT
Will I have to stop selling to NI? Will that be enough in Amazon's eyes (I don't do EU on here)? Do I have to, as you say, fill something in? Do I really need a RP for every single product? What if you sell 500 photographs, but in different sizes, spread across thousands of listings (because of the postage difference)? Is that one or multiple products? Should I even have need for concern at all? It's so unclear.
I have nothing showing on the dashboard, so does that mean I'll be ok? https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/spx/myc/dashboard
And now it looks like it's going to have crossover with PPWR and EU wide harmonisation of the recycling setup. They're proposing having a RP in every EU country for that.
