Hi everyone,
I hope you’re all doing well. I’m reaching out for some assistance with a challenging situation I’m facing with my Amazon seller account. My account was recently deactivated under Section 3 due to concerns about illegal or deceptive practices. However, I believe there has been a misunderstanding regarding the reasons for the deactivation.
I’ve appealed multiple times, providing all necessary documentation and invoices to verify my identity and the legitimacy of my products. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up caused by a colleague who misplaced some invoices and submitted modified ones instead of the complete set of legitimate invoices. This error led to the deactivation of my account.
My main concerns now are:
Reinstatement of My Account: I’d like to understand if there’s a possibility for my account to be reinstated given the circumstances and the corrected documentation I’ve provided.
Disbursement of Funds: I’m also worried about the funds that Amazon is holding. I sourced all products from reputable distributors, but due to the missing invoices, I haven’t been able to retrieve them from the distributor. Is there a way to appeal for an early disbursement of the funds or to get guidance on how to address this issue?
I would greatly appreciate any advice or suggestions from those who have faced similar issues or have knowledge about the appeals process and account reinstatement. Your help would mean a lot during this challenging time.

I see that your account has been deactivated and you would like some guidance on your available appeal options and what steps to take to retrieve your funds.
So that I can better understand and assist you the best, can you please share the deactivation performance notification here, after removing your personal info? A section 3 deactivation can be for multiple different reasons and have different appeal requirements.
This sounds like authenticity and supply chain issues. Is this correct?
To initiate the funds disbursement process you can email the disbursement-appeal@amazon.com 60 days after your deactivation to start the process. An investigation will be conducted from there and the funds team will decide if you are eligible to receive your funds back to you. You can find this information in our funds withholding policy. Have you initiated this process as of yet?
