Error 8541 for my own brand

Hi All,

This is my first time selling on Amazon and I am stuck with creating my first listing where I kept getting Error 8541 on my Brand Name filed.

8541: The value 'VentureVista' specified cannot be used as it conflicts with the value 'N\P' for ASIN 'B0B4J9LV5S' in the Amazon catalogue. If this is ASIN 'B0B4J9LV5S', update the value to match the ASIN data. If this is a different product, update identifying information (UPC/EAN/Part Number/etc.).

I have applied for brand approval and it has been granted, All my GTINs are obtained from GS1 directly. I don't know what else to do. Seller support's answers are not making any sense!

Hi!

It seems that you have encountered a brand error. I saw your description stating that your GTIN was purchased from GS1. If that's the case, you should have the GS1 certificate for this GTIN.

This type of error on Amazon is usually due to other sellers using the same GTIN bound to their ASIN, such as the GTIN you encounter on Amazon corresponding to B0B4J9LV5S

One solution is to contact Amazon customer service support and submit your GS1 certificate, and Amazon will revoke the GTIN usage permission of B0B4J9LV5S, so that you can use the GTIN code you purchased on your own brand.
