HMRC PAYE REGISTRATION
On 6th February, we had received a notification that our documents were in order & the disbursements would be released but no disbursements were released & then on 12th February we received a notification that we did not meet the parameters for UK business establishment which again was very strange since that is completely opposite to the notification received a week
We recently submitted the documents again & this time received the below :-
What documentary evidence do I have to provide and how?
"Please email kyc-drtax-verification@amazon.co.uk with the following information:
If you operate a Limited Company or Partnership:
- Proof of permanent employment
• HMRC correspondence demonstrating that the seller has registered with HMRC for PAYE
• A PAYE demand from HMRC, or a screenshot of the PAYE return submission, accompanied by a payslip or P60 for the employee"
Is PAYE registration compulsory establishing a UK based company even though we do not have any permanent employee's ?

We are at the same boat..
We have also a limited company and we don't have permanent employees. And They ask a PAYE registration..
