Subject: Urgent: SAF-T Claim Denial – Request for Moderator Intervention
Dear [Support Team/Moderator],
I am extremely frustrated with the handling of my SAF-T claim. The claim team continues to deny our request based on the incorrect reasoning that we did not use Amazon’s Buy Shipping services. This is simply not true. We have repeatedly provided clear proof, yet the responses we receive appear to be generic, copy-and-paste replies that do not address the actual evidence.
Despite reopening the case and requesting escalation, my claims continue to be closed without proper investigation. At this point, I am formally requesting moderator intervention to review this matter fairly. Below are the case numbers for reference:

Please escalate this issue to the appropriate department and ensure a thorough review is conducted. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

Hello @Seller_a6O2rypQTzhp0- and thank you for posting to the seller forums.
I apologize for any confusion in this matter. As I review the specifics, I see our team has correctly advised that "You did not use the claim-protected Buy Shipping Services to ship the item."
There are different classifications of Buy Shipping labels: Claims Protected ones and Late Delivery ones. If you pull up the order in question in Seller Central, you can confirm that a Late Delivery Risk label was used, and you can confirm on this help page that Late Delivery labels are not eligible for claims protection. I also show that this order was marked as delivered after the maximum delivery date had passed, and this page on our SAFE-T Claim process also states:
"An order is not eligible for SAFE-T reimbursement on the basis of late delivery if you bought a "Late Delivery Risk" shipping label through Amazon Buy Shipping for the particular order."
I hope this helps clarify the process for future orders, but please let me know what questions you might have.
-Danny
